6 Months Warranty on Sofa Foam and Stitches No Warranty applicable if any physical damages or stains found on Sofa during usage Customer needs to inspect the Sofa at the time of Delivery and inform logistic partner for any physical damage if found. Once Sofa is delivered, no physical damages claim will be entertained Sofa during warranty period will be either replaced or fixed with a carpenter visit. Brand is not responsible for any transit damage due to smaller door entry of Customers house. If customers door entry is smaller, Brand can deny to push it through inside. Brand will arrange a call back within 24 hours. Once issue is identified, brand will take 10 working days to fix the issue. Primrose Brand Provides Only 7 days of return & refund to customers from the date of delivery.
